Delivery Process
All our beds, headboards and mattresses are manufactured in-house, and delivered by our nominated 3rd party courier BJS. Please contact BJS (on 01922 645650) if you have any delivery related questions.
Our typical delivery process & timings are:
- Divan Beds are delivered within 5 to 7 working days
- Ottoman Beds are delivered within 7 to 12 working days
- Mattresses & Headboards are delivered within 3 to 5 working days
We ask that customers do not dispose of their old bed/mattress until the new one arrives. We use a third party courier to deliver all of our products, and don't want any of our customers to be without a bed/mattress.
All deliveries are made to the inside of your house. Please note the couriers can only deliver during the working week Monday to Friday, and do not deliver on a weekend. An individual will need to be at home to accept the delivery and sign they have checked the delivery has been made and is damage free. Deliveries cannot be left outside or in the porch. Deliveries can only be made upto the 2nd floor of any building.
We ask that all customers ensure the ordered item can fit into your house and to the desired room. If your order arrives and doesn’t fit, you will be charged for having the item taken back.
Delivery Charges
Not only do Next Divan offer a great variety of beds, headboards and mattresses at great prices – we also offer FREE DELIVERY to most postcodes located in the Mainland UK.
We do not apply any extra shipping charges unless necessary. Below, find a list of all postcodes covered by our free delivery offer, including those where we apply a delivery charge, and the areas of the UK we do not deliver to. Please note there will be a delivery charge payable for any missed deliveries. All deliveries are pre-booked in advance and we are charged for all failed deliveries. This fee will have to be paid before any subsequent delivery can take place.
We request all customers ensure the ordered item can get into the required room. If your order arrives and doesn’t fit, you’ll be charged for having the item taken back. We will be more than happy to arrange collection of any unopened and unused item, you will however have to pay the delivery charge to get the item back to us.
